Residential land may contain either one family or multifamily structure that’s available for occupation or for non-business purposes.

Residences are often classified by and the way they’re connected to neighbouring residences and land. differing types of housing tenure are often used for an equivalent physical type. for instance, connected residences could be owned by one entity and leased out, or owned separately with an agreement covering the connection between units and customary areas and concerns
